The undersigned person represents all statements are true and complete and hereby authorizes verification of such information. False information shall give the owner grounds to terminate any written agreement made to applicant. Justice Financial may use credit reporting services, and any other source of background information on the applicant to determine if owner wishes to enter into a lease agreement with applicant. You are hereby notified that you are entitled to the name and address of any credit reporting agency upon request, including all other rights of the fair credit reporting act. Justice Financial review of this application will not obligate owner to sign a lease with the applicant. However, if application is approved, applicant agrees to execute a Sunrise Self Storage lease.
Notice to Prospective Tenants: All leases are billed to your credit or debit card on a monthly basis. Declined card fees are $10 per occurrence. You must provide a ten (10) day written notice when terminating lease, and also provide a secondary written notification once the unit is vacated. Failure to provide proper written notification will also result in a charge for another month’s rent. There is no proration for a partial month. Electricity is off from 12:00 midnight until 6:00 am. You must provide your own lock, and you are responsible for your possessions in the unit; therefore we highly recommend purchasing insurance for the contents. Small household locks should not be used. A disk lock (as shown in picture on FAQ page) is recommended. If you experience a break-in, please contact the local police department. Sunrise Self Storage is not responsible for break-ins, damage, or loss of property for any reason. Never place items directly on the floor, due to the possibility of water being blown under the door and into the unit from wind and rain storms.
