WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RENT A UNIT FROM SUNRISE?
If you will send an email with the size unit you are looking for, we will let you know what we have available. If we have something that fits your needs then you will need to follow the following steps.
We do not have an office on site, so we ask that you follow our EASY 3 STEP PROCESS:
STEP 1: Fill out a credit application and submit online. After we have approved your application, we will e-mail you to continue to Step 2.
STEP 2: Add to your cart 1st month's rent (on your unit size) and the deposit of $39.00. Proceed to checkout, fill out the credit card information and submit. PayTrace will bill your credit card each month thereafter. All of your card information goes directly to PayTrace (our Merchant Bank) from the secure page and we do not have access to your card information. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
STEP 3: Complete the online lease agreement and agree to the terms, then click submit.
Once these 3 steps have been completed, we will e-mail you the gate code and your unit #.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
You will have access to your unit 24 hours a day, 365 days a year..
DO YOU REQUIRE A LONG TERM LEASE?
Our rental contracts are month to month agreements - no long term lease is required.
DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Yes, all units have a $39.00 non-refundable deposit.
WHAT TYPE OF UNITS DO YOU OFFER?
We have 3 sizes of units 5X10, 10X10 and 10X20. All of our units are drive-up and non-climate controlled.
DO I NEED INSURANCE ON MY STORED ITEMS?
Yes, we recommend that you purchase insurance for your stored possessions. You are responsible for the items you store at Sunrise, for insuring those items and providing a lock for your unit.
WHAT KIND OF LOCK TO YOU RECOMMEND?
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE MOVING OUT?
A 10 day written notice is required prior to vacating the unit otherwise, you will owe for another month's rent.. No proration for a partial month. Please leave the vacated unit empty and swept clean.
